Grant Klippenstein

Grant leads ASTEC’s customer satisfaction and growth initiatives. Acknowledged as one of the most qualified Fall Protection Specialists in Canada, Grant works alongside his clients looking for the best in industrial safety equipment, sales, rentals and training. A dedicated professional who has invested a considerable portion of his career to safety, he is a super resource to bring into your organization to certify your Fall Protection equipment, talk about eyewear, test hearing protection, or review your breathing apparatus, gas monitor & detection needs.
As a member of ASTEC’s leadership team, Grant will lead the charge in marketing & sales for the Lloydminster office, while supporting the good work being done in the Bonnyville and Provost ASTEC offices.
Dan Loewen
Vice President, Senior Safety Instructor
Dan has rejoined the professional instructor team at ASTEC SAFETY after gaining management experience in the municipal sector. Prior to that, Dan could best be described as an entrepreneur, owning and operating a trucking firm and an industrial safety training organization. He has extensive experience as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician and is often called upon to diagnose and assess the rolling stock at ASTEC. During his previous tenure with ASTEC he travelled extensively throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan, which prepared him for his current commute from the Battleford Region (where he maintains a ranch), to Lloydminster. Dan is accredited to teach a wide range of safety courses, is involved in the review and refreshing of courses at ASTEC and is actively seeking new courses we can bring to our customers. Over time, as part of the Leadership Team, Dan will be working on expanding our presence in the important oilfield sector east of Lloydminster through to the Battlefords. When Dan is not working here at ASTEC he can be found supporting his family and their passion for rodeo and the western lifestyle.
