Service Coordinator

Jessie has been with Astec from the very beginning, starting back in 2001 as a part time training coordinator. Since then, Jessi has experienced just about every position within the company, becoming our “go to girl”. She has done all the invoicing, fire reports for our service department, human resources, payroll, and now works back in the shop doing all admin work and is responsible for coordinating service for all three locations. Jessi also helps out with our fit testing, booking the fire extinguisher trailer and monitor repairs. Jessi has received Astec’s 10 year award, as well as employee of the year award.

Caitlin Mulligan
Training Coordinator

Cait assumed the role of Training Coordinator in July 2017 and brings with her a diverse background in the business world as a small business owner, 3 year RBC team member, combined with 5 years in the golf hospitality She is known for her hard work ethic and a passion to put the customer needs first. Her role includes scheduling public safety courses, working with clients that require on-site training and ensuring that all required paperwork is prepared to meet the requirements of our partners, auditors and professional associations.

Kari joined the ASTEC Team in October 2014 as the Branch Administrator & Accounts Payable clerk. Kari brings with her 8 years’ experience in a variety of accounting roles.
