Pam joined the Astec team October 22, 2012. She was originally hired on to cover a short term leave of absence by a fellow employee as a receptionist. Pam absorbed so much in that short period of time with Astec, that the management team decided to broaden her responsibilities and continue her employment. Pam was given the accounts payable role, and began taking on the many training tasks. She quickly turned into the information portal for all client specific requests, as well as our third party clients. Granted the Regional Course Coordinator role, Pam is the backbone to creating a successfully run course calendar for Astec’s expanding business. She received the 2014 Employee of the Year award.

Service Coordinator

Jessie has been with Astec from the very beginning, starting back in 2001 as a part time training coordinator. Since then, Jessi has experienced just about every position within the company, becoming our “go to girl”. She has done all the invoicing, fire reports for our service department, human resources, payroll, and now works back in the shop doing all admin work and is responsible for coordinating service for all three locations. Jessi also helps out with our fit testing, booking the fire extinguisher trailer and monitor repairs. Jessi has received Astec’s 10 year award, as well as employee of the year award.

Kari joined the ASTEC Team in October 2014 as the Branch Administrator & Accounts Payable clerk. Kari brings with her 8 years’ experience in a variety of accounting roles.
